Snowboard Storage

If you are storing your snowboard at the end of the season, store it so that it will be ready next winter. Wash the snowboard throughly. Clean the snowboard base with base cleaner. Perform any base repair. Deburr the edges with a gummi stone or diamond stone. Burrs are easier to get out while they are fresh.
If you don't have snowboard tuning supplies, no worries. Take your board to your local shop and ask for a full tuneup. Tell them to leave the wax on. You're using it as a storage wax.
Once your snowboard is all tuned and waxed up, put it in its snowboard storage rack. It will be ready for you in the winter.

Water Ski Storage
After the last use apply a heavy coat of wax to the skis, covering the edges. This will keep the edges from rusting.Don’t store the skis in a basement where temperature extremes and moisture can occur. Don’t set the skis on a concrete floor, to avoid possible delamming at the tails. The best spot for the skis is a wood storage rack.
