                                      Drop Ship  Program Questions
                                      Our Drop Shipping program allows you to save time and money by having us ship

                                      1) Is there a Drop Ship Fee? If so, How much? Is the fee per piece or per order?
                                           No Drop Ship Fee  

                                      2)  How and where do we send our orders By Email? Fax?

                                      3) What is the Lead-Time?
                                           The lead time is 3 days from the day order is received.(we normally ship in two)

                                       4) If applicable, are there any oversized items that may require a shipping up-charge?
                                           No oversize items  

                                      5) How often do your products change on a yearly basis?

                                           Product does not change, unless improvements need to be made, or new product added.

                                      6) Will the products you carry change in the near future
                                           The actual product should not change, but pricing may in the future.

                                       7) Can we receive a daily or weekly list of available inventory items with approximate quantity?
                                           Yes

                                       8) Do you have documentation on your products such as our cost, dimensions,  high resolution pictures, descriptions?
                                      Yes, I we provide all pricing,descriptions, and pictures.

                                      10) What is the likelihood of item(s) being backordered, sold out, delayed, etc.?
                                              There are always the possibilities of backorders or delayed product.
                                              We have not ever been in this situation. We make sure all product ships within the agreed lead time. 

                                       11) If  we locate someone selling products for below MAP

                                       12) When handling returns, is there a customer service line that we call to have Return Authorizations set up?
                                              Returns 503 860-9401

                                       13) If a shipment error is made by your organization (i.e., wrong item sent to customer), will your organization     

                                              incur the cost to correct the error? If so, what is the process for this customer).

                                             We will take reponsonsabilitie for any shipping mistake. We can provide a credit card to be charged for any                     
                                              shipping fees, or a return label will be provide to the customer.  

                                       14) What shipping carrier is used to ship orders? UPS? DHL? FedEx?        

                                             We are able to use any preferred carrier

                                      15) What is the procedure for invoicing our orders? Do we receive invoices on a per order basis, weekly invoice  

                                                compilation for all orders, or other
                                                Currently invoicing once a week
                                                Some retailers prefer to have a credit card on file and have it charged weekly                          

                                      16) Is tracking info provided for all shipments?
                                               Tracking number is provided with every shipment.
