                                      We gladly accept returns for any Del Sol Racks products ordered through our website or our authorized dealers.
                                      Please contact our Customer Service Department at los342@comcast.net. You may also call us on our direct line at 503 860-9401, and we are more than happy to assist you in returning your order. If by email, please include your name, purchase order number, phone number, and the reason for return.

                                      Damaged or Incorrect Items
                                      In the event that any of your products arrived damaged or you find any discrepancy between what you ordered and what you've received, please contact our Customer Service Department within 72 hours. Do NOT dispose of any damaged items until you've contacted our Customer Service Department, as we may require return of the damaged goods.

                                      Return Refunds and Credits
                                      We'll only refund shipping charges if your return is the result of our error. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.
